What we do for Jacksonville clients
Transcription, human-verified or AI-only
Upload audio or video, or dictate straight into the browser. You choose per job whether a person checks the transcript against the recording before you get it, and the finished document records which mode produced it — so you can always tell whether anyone reviewed it.
Dictate a form and get the form back
Upload a blank form, talk through the answers, and we write them into that same document in its own layout — not a summary of what you said. Every extracted field carries a confidence score and the quote from your dictation it came from.
A record that survives an audit
When someone approves a document we store who they were, a SHA-256 digest of exactly the content they saw, the version, and the time — plus how long elapsed between the transcript becoming available and the signature. You can export that certificate and a recipient can verify the digest without us.
Turnaround you pick per job
- 4-Day Standard — $1.75/min, delivered within four business days
- 48-Hour Rush — $2.50/min, delivered within two business days
- 24-Hour Same Day — $3.50/min, delivered within one business day
Human-verified orders carry a minimum: $25 for audio and documents, $30 for video. AI-only orders have no minimum. Recordings with heavy background noise, crosstalk, or strong accents are quoted at the difficult-audio rate, from $2.25 per minute. We tell you before work starts, never after.

What Florida law requires
Medical records
Florida sets a comparatively short baseline - a physician must keep written medical records for five years from the last patient contact - but pairs it with an unusually specific rule for what happens when the physician dies. Under Fla. Admin. Code R. 64B8-10.001, the executor, administrator, personal representative, or survivor must retain the records for two years from the date of death, publish notice within one month in the newspaper of greatest circulation in each county where the physician practised telling patients where the records are and who holds them, send a copy to the Board of Medicine, and then publish disposal notices weekly for four consecutive weeks before destroying anything. The Board itself notes that the five-year baseline may fall below what community standards or a physician’s own protection require.
- Fla. Admin. Code R. 64B8-10.002 (five years from last patient contact)
- Fla. Admin. Code R. 64B8-10.001 (records of a deceased physician - two years, publication requirements)
Legal transcripts
Florida differs from states such as California and New York in having no single statewide reporter licence. Under Rule 2.535 of the Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, an approved court reporter is one who meets the certification, training, and other qualifications set by the court, and in practice circuits require certification through the National Court Reporters Association, the National Verbatim Reporters Association, or the Florida Court Reporters Association. Requirements are therefore set circuit by circuit, so the applicable rule depends on which judicial circuit your matter sits in.
- Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin. 2.535 (court reporting)
- Circuit administrative orders (certification requirements vary by circuit)
The regulatory information on this page is general background compiled from public primary sources, not legal or compliance advice. Requirements change and vary by jurisdiction and by court. Verify current rules with the relevant authority or your own counsel before relying on them.
