Can I try ScribeForms before purchasing?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial period.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH transfers for annual plans.
Is my data secure?
We encrypt your data in transit and at rest with AES-256, log all access, and host in US-based SOC 2 certified data centers. For protected health information we provide a Business Associate Agreement on request, which is what HIPAA actually requires of a vendor handling PHI. Our own SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress and not yet complete - we will say so plainly rather than claim a certificate we do not hold.
What happens if I exceed my document limit?
You can purchase additional documents at $0.50 each, or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you before you reach your limit.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
