Audio Transcription Services

Any recording, transcribed by AI and checked by a person before you receive it.

Who this is for

Businesses and professionals across any sector who need an accurate written record of recorded audio.

How audio transcription works

Not every transcription job belongs to a specialist category. Board meetings, internal interviews, dictated reports, training sessions, and recorded calls all need the same thing: an accurate transcript that does not require re-listening to the audio to trust it.

We accept common audio formats including MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, and OGG. Files are transcribed with AI, then reviewed by a person against the source audio. Speaker identification and timestamps are available where they are useful.

If your work falls into a regulated area - clinical, legal, or research - the specialist services above apply the same workflow with the terminology and handling those fields require.

Audio Transcription questions

How much does audio transcription cost per minute?

$1.75 per minute on 4-day standard turnaround, $2.50 for 48-hour rush, and $3.50 for 24-hour same day. Difficult audio is quoted from $2.25 per minute and we tell you before work starts. A $25 minimum applies to each order.

What is the difference between AI and human-verified transcription?

AI transcription returns model output directly and is fast and cheap, but errors reach you unreviewed - typically in proper nouns, figures, and overlapping speech. Human-verified transcription adds a person who checks the transcript against the audio before delivery. If a mistake in the transcript would cost you more than the price difference, the reviewed version is the one to buy.

What audio formats do you accept?

MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, and OGG, plus common video containers if you need the audio track transcribed. You can also record directly in the browser rather than uploading a file.
